Guided by the
International Baccalaureate’s goal to “Foster a sense of agency and enquiry in both the people we work with and the young people we help to educate” and “to create a better and more peaceful world through education that builds intercultural understanding and respect,” Trinity Episcopal School is a place where students and staff can be themselves.
We commit to education and training across our Titan community to promote ongoing dialogue. Trinity’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory collaborates with administration, staff and students to provide professional development that will continue to cultivate our campus as a place where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, learn and grow.
The DEI Advisory was formed during the 2020-21 school year, but the spirit of the work we do has always been at the core of Trinity’s mission as an Episcopal institution.
Currently, members of the advisory are appointed by the administration, and meet once a rotational cycle to support student and faculty DEI efforts, plan professional development and address concerns raised by students and staff. Contact DEIAdvisory@trinityes.org for questions, comments, or concerns.
