Deadlines and Decisions
October 27, 2024 — Admission Kickoff Event
- Opportunity for prospective families to visit campus to learn more about Trinity.
November through April — Titan Tours
- Specific tour dates will be posted to the website. These student led tours will run from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
January 27, 2025 — First Round Deadline
- First round deadline for applicants. A completed application includes online application, testing, applicant questionnaire, recommendations and transcripts/school records. After this deadline, applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
March 6, 2025 — First Round Notification date for 8th and 9th graders
- First round notification letters sent to accepted students meeting the January 20 deadline.
- Second round applicants will be notified on a rolling basis beginning April 1.
- Transfer students for grades 10, 11, and 12 will be notified on April 1.
Week of March 17 — Accepted Student Visitation Days (Titan for a Day)
- 8th and 9th grade students have an opportunity to spend a day on campus
March 28, 2025 — First Round Response Date
- New student contracts are due back to Trinity.
After March 2025
- Admission decisions will be made on a rolling basis based on space available.

Titan Tours
To allow applicants to experience a day at Trinity, the admission team hosts a series of student-led campus tours from November to April. Prospective students and parents will meet and hear from administrators, faculty and students about our programs and community while seeing campus life in action during a school day. Each program begins at 9 a.m. and runs to 11 a.m.
Specific tours dates will be posted to the website soon. If you would like a campus tour please contact the Admission Office at 804-327-3151.
